I am new to your company, what services does Harmony provide?

Harmony provides high quality cleaning services tailored to your needs, whether you are an AirBnB host, want a clean home, or an investment property you need ready for market. We can ensure you a great cleaning experience.

I don't live in Canberra, does Harmony cover the ACT Region? 

Currently we cover every suburb in Canberra and some neighbouring regions like Queanbeyan. If we don't currently cover your neighbourhood, please email our customer support team so we can advise you when we are servicing your area.

I have used other cleaning services, why would I use Harmony Cleaning ?

Harmony offers a unique business model in the cleaning industry. As a community based cooperative, each member of our team delivers cleaning services, and also directly benefits from the success of the enterprise.

I am concerned about safety, are all your staff background checked?

Safety is important to us too, and yes, all employees are required to undergo a police record check, so you can have complete confidence when you employ us.

I am concerned about risk, are all Harmony Services covered by insurance?

You bet, we do everything we can to reduce risk to our staff and our clients. We have comprehensive insurance for us and for you. For your peace of mind, feel free to ask our customer service team for our certificates

I want reliable, top quality results, are Harmony all qualified and experienced?

Yes we are! You deserve great results, and all our staff have commercial level skills and experience.  Our goal is to go above and beyond for all our clients, whether you are an AirBnB host, or a home owner or landlord.

I want to ask a question before I book, how do I contact Harmony Cleaning?

You can call our customer support team directly with any questions you may have, they are available to speak with 7 days a week from 7:00am to 7:00pm on 1300 975746. You can also email us anytime and we will get back to after 7 am next day.

I want a personalised service, how do you ensure all my instructions are followed to the letter?

Instructions are key! Our clever booking system captures all your instructions and sends them directly to the staff member cleaning you property so you get the right clean, first time. Once your job is complete we will send you a confirmation message and provide photos on the spot so you can rest easy.

I want safe and non allergenic cleaning products, what do your cleaners use?

All products used by Harmony Community Cleaning meet the highest safety standards. In addition, if a client would prefer particular products to be used we will be happy to oblige provided that they do not present an unacceptable hazard.

I am an AirBnB host, do I have to use the Harmony Cleaning service ?

Once you have tried us you will want to comeback! We love supporting AirBnB hosts, and Harmony staff are specially trained in hospitality level cleaning designed to impress even the toughest guest. 

You get to chose the best service for you, there is no obligation.  

I want to book a clean, do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

No supplies are necessary! Our teams come fully prepared to do the cleaning job so all you have to do is book in a clean and we do the rest.

I have a question I can't find the answer to, who do I contact ?

Our customer service team is available to answer all your questions from 7:00am to 7:00pm, 7 days a week. Please call or email us so we can help you asap!

I want to make a booking, what are your hours of operation?

Our standard hours of operation are 9:00am to 6:00pm, 7 days a week. We aim to provide a tailored service for all our clients, so please let us know what you need and we will work with you to provide services at a time that works for you.

I need an urgent clean, how much advance notice does Harmony need?

We generally require 48 hours notice to schedule our staff and ensure they arrive when you need them. If your need is more urgent than that, and we will do what we can to accommodate you.

I want to book, but how do I pay for service?

Our fast and easy booking platform takes online payments at time of booking via our website. That means you don't have to remember to get cash, or pay bills. It is that easy!

Who can I call if I have questions about my cleaning, or not happy with the service I received from Harmony?

The entire Harmony staff take great pride in the quality of our cleaning services and we want you to be delighted. If you are not, our customer service team are available on the phone from 7:00am to 7:00pm to deal with any issues or concerns.

We value your feedback, and encourage all our clients to let us know if there is anything we can do better.

I am new to this, what is a "standard clean" for an AirBnB, what is included?

A general cleaning will include wiping down all surfaces in all rooms including bedrooms, bathrooms and the kitchen. This includes dusting all surfaces, wiping down window sills and vacuuming (and mopping, if requested), wiping inside and outside of the refrigerator, as well as throwing away any perishables, making beds and tidying to ready for your guest.

If you haven't had a regular cleaner, arrange an initial assessment for your home or AirBnB, so we can tailor a service for your needs.

Help, my house is a wreck, what if I need a deep clean?

Don't worry, we are here to help! If you think you need a deep clean to get to start off with, give us a call or send us an email, our customer support team will be happy to discuss your requirements, or come and assess your needs so we can offer you a tailored service that will get you the results you want.

I have a holiday let, are your services available on holidays?

Our dedicated team works every day of the year except Christmas Day, so yes please go ahead, and book us, on any other public holiday.

I have heard from friends that they tip their cleaner, do I need to tip?

At Harmony our expert staff are all paid fair wages and all their entitlements, so you can be assured they are getting a fair day's pay for a fair day's work.

No tip is required, but if you love the work we have done, please refer your friends and family. We love connecting our community with yours. You can also write us a review on our FaceBook page

Something has changed and I need to cancel? How do I do this? Is there a fee?

We realize things come up. If you cancel your cleaning outside our seven day booking period then you will receive a full refund of the payment made upon booking. Same day cancels will receive a 50% refund as we will have already scheduled team members for jobs that day.

I have special instructions, can I contact the cleaner?

To ensure clear speed and clarity,  we use our booking platform to deliver your instructions directly to the cleaner in a timely manner, that way all your instructions are captured on your file for future reference.

If you have additional or complicated instructions,  just contact our helpful customer service team, and they can ensure those instructions reach the cleaner and are followed to the letter!

I don't live at my property, how do I arrange access ?

We can accommodate a range of access options. When you book you will see a list of methods to choose from, including locked boxes, or holding keys on your behalf.  Simply choose the option that suits you best when you book.

If things are a little complicated with your keys, just give our customer support team a call, or send them an email and we can accommodate your needs and get your place cleaned quickly and easily.

I want to book a service to clean my home, can I stay while the cleaner is there?

Absolutely! Even if you plan to be home for during the cleaning service, we ask that you put enter your instructions at the time of booking so that our staff member can ensure everything is done the way you like it and we can keep all your preferences in our system, making it quick and easy, the next time you book in with us.

Note: For Airbnb hosts, we cannot do cleanings while guests are present, so please be sure guests have departed prior to our service time.
